2. Description of Service

Our Service allows users to remove backgrounds from images for free. The Service is supported by advertisements.
3. User Responsibilities

    Image Ownership and Permissions: You must have ownership or appropriate permissions to use and upload any image to our Service. By uploading an image, you represent and warrant that you own the image or have the necessary rights and permissions to use and modify the image.
    Compliance with Laws: You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding your use of the Service.

4. Storage and Processing of Images

We store the images you upload for a short period of time to process the background removal. After the process is complete, images are automatically removed from our servers. We do not store images permanently.
5. No Storage of User Information

Except for the temporary storage of images as mentioned above, we do not store any other user information. Once the background removal process is complete and the result is provided to you, the image is deleted from our servers.
6. Advertising

Our Service is free to use and is supported by advertisements. By using the Service, you agree to view and interact with advertisements that may be displayed.
7. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
